  •  A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil

How to make them:

  • Start by soaking the 1/2 cup of rolled oats in 1/2 cup of water overnight. Doing this will help soften the oats, making them easier to digest.
  • The following day, combine the soaked oats with the mashed banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Now, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Once the pan is hot, spoon half of the oat mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly to form a pancake. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the pancake is lightly golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining oat mixture to make two delicious pancakes. These pancakes are not only a great source of sustained energy but also provide support for your digestive system throughout the day.
